About the Studio

Akasha Studios is a local, independent media studio focused on delivering interesting stories ranging from fictional audio dramas in the SCP universe, to discussions of game design, to interviews with local politicans and labour leaders in the Waterloo Region. We are a small team of volunteers who are passionate about audio production and storytelling.

We are releasing one main show: Welcome To The Foundation, a fictional audio drama set in the SCP universe featuring leadership by Dr. Robin, an SCP site director, and his team members, Sera, Tess, and Dr. L. V. Loca.

We are currently producing two shows: Secret World Society, a fully-scripted audio drama featuring characters from the Welcome To The Foundation universe, and Radio Clementine, a local show featuring interviews with local politicans, labour leaders, and other interesting people in the Waterloo Region.

For our older shows, check out our shows page for a full list of our past productions, including the original Welcome To The Foundation series, and our video game design show, The Art of Play, and other shows we have created.
